1. Digital Service Description

Invyto provides an online platform that enables users to design, customize, host, and share interactive digital wedding invitation webpages. The service is 100% electronic—no physical cards are shipped.

2. User Accounts & Content Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights to the personal text, love stories, photographs, and media you upload to Invyto. By uploading content, you warrant that you have the legal right and permission to use all provided assets. You agree not to upload abusive, copyrighted, or unlawful material.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Publishing an invitation requires either a one-time payment (₹199), completing an eligible ad-supported publishing step, or promotional free access, as configured on the platform. All published invitations grant full access to your chosen template, real-time RSVP tracking, live countdowns, and unlimited edits until your wedding date.

4. Invitation Lifecycle & Availability

Published invitations remain active and viewable for guests throughout the planning period and for a scheduled period after the wedding date (default 14 days), after which media files are archived while preserving RSVP data in your private dashboard.

5. Limitations of Liability

While Invyto strives for 99.9% platform uptime and reliable performance across global networks, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
