Refund Policy

Invyto delivers interactive digital wedding invitation websites. Because invitations are digital products accessible online immediately or activated shortly after payment confirmation, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Before Link Activation

If you have submitted a payment but your invitation link has not been activated within 6 hours, please reach out to our team via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp support. If we are unable to fulfill or activate your invitation for any technical reason on our end, you will receive a 100% full refund promptly to your original payment method.

2. After Link Activation

Once your invitation webpage is activated and accessible at its unique shareable link (e.g. invyto.vercel.app/invite/your-slug), the digital service has been successfully rendered and delivered. Consequently, payments become non-refundable once live, similar to custom physical stationery once printed.

3. Free Edits & Corrections (No Reprint Needed)

Unlike printed stationery, typos, venue changes, date changes, or schedule adjustments never require a refund or extra fees. You can make unlimited real-time edits to your names, events, photos, RSVP options, and venue map locations directly from your dashboard at any time right up to your wedding day.
