• Invitation Content: When you build an invitation, we store the couple's names, wedding dates, event schedules (e.g., Sangeet, Haldi, Reception, Ceremony), venue names and map coordinates, custom love stories, uploaded photos, and audio preferences.
• Guest RSVP Data: When guests respond to an invitation link, we record the guest's name, attendance status, guest count, dietary preferences, and optional personal messages to the couple.
• Usage & Device Information: Standard server logs, browser user agents, and aggregated view counts to ensure site performance, security, and uptime.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Host, render, and display your personalized wedding invitation webpage to your invited guests.
• Manage and organize your guest RSVP inbox inside your private dashboard.
• Send transactional notifications (such as new RSVP alerts or payment receipts) via trusted email services (Resend).
• Maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and optimize mobile performance.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your guests' RSVP data to third parties.

Invitation Lifecycle: Published invitations remain active and accessible via your custom link until your scheduled post-wedding expiry window (default 14 days after the ceremony), after which media files are systematically archived to protect privacy while preserving your RSVP records in your private dashboard.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Data Control

You maintain full control over your wedding data:

• You can edit, update, or hide your invitation details at any time before or during your wedding.
• You can export your guest list and RSVP responses from your dashboard.
• You can request full deletion of your account, media uploads, and all associated invitation data at any time by contacting us through our Contact Us page.
